PUBG MOBILE Launches Ultimate Royale: A Competitive New Ranked Mode

PUBG MOBILE, one of the top mobile games worldwide, has launched a brand-new ranked mode called Ultimate Royale. This action-packed mode is tailored for serious players who crave a competitive experience similar to professional esports tournaments.

Starting on September 23, 2024, players who achieved Crown tier or higher in any mode during the current or previous season can enter Ultimate Royale. With a unique scoring system, exclusive rewards, and regional availability, this limited-time mode runs alongside Classic Season, starting 14 days into the season.

In Ultimate Royale, players can either form their own squads or use automatic matchmaking, as this mode is always played in TPP (Third-Person Perspective) - Squad. Matches take place on either Classic Erangel or Classic Miramar maps, which are selected at random, all in sunny weather conditions. Similar to esports tournaments, each match consists of 16 teams (64 players total) competing for the coveted Winner Winner Chicken Dinner. Loot spawn rates are doubled, with more weapons, scopes, and attachments available compared to standard matches.

Ultimate Royale introduces five competitive tiers: Vanguard, Exceed, Supreme, Peerless, and Legend. Except for the Legend tier, each rank contains five mini-tiers, and players need 100 Rating Points to advance to the next mini-tier. Once players reach the Legend tier, they earn medals for climbing mini-tiers. The players’ progress is tracked based on their major regions, and at the start of a new season, part of their ultimate tier will carry over.
